Double Madness @ the O

It was a night to remember for steve, jem, freddie, sim & myself. There was nothing spectacular about the crowd at Double O, just the usual Brady bunch. Boys and gals, husbands and wives, attached singles with their dears, singles, adulterers, vixens, jerks, the one night standers, rubbasters, spgs, female anglers seeking rich Casanovas (fancy cars?), normal people, students who have just finished their exams and of course not to mention the usual people who were just there to chill out with their friends, buaya and enjoy the music – us?

The music? It sucked – BIG TIME! Just not my kinda of music – not sure about the rest of the guys. After our attempted time on the dance floor, we conveniently migrated over to NewsRoom Bar to scout around – the music there was far better – albeit the crowd was super old, Omg – seems like we always have to sacrifice one for the other – music? Crowd? Mutually exclusive or just a subjective preference?

I thought Mambo night (@Zouk) was ok what…

I’m getting very sick of clubbing – perhaps it’s the air, perhaps we’re getting too old for such stuff, perhaps it’s the lung congested, alcohol induced nauseousness experienced the morning after, perhaps its time to get a better way of life. Perhaps I should just consider going to Zouk from noweverafter till I think of another contingency plan.

In any case, it was for jem (him for having this rare break from work) and I (cus I’m going back to the MOH on Monday to fulfill my few months left of debt) that we wanted to do something during the weekend together.

Thanks bros for making it a most pleasurable night!
